Job Summary: Industrial Access is currently seeking career-oriented employees looking for steady, long-term work in the Industrial Construction industry. Our highly skilled teams perform duties on the ground and at height using rope access techniques. Crews are typically mobilized for 3-6 weeks at a time and average 60-84 hours/week during deployments at client sites nationwide. We look for people who are eager to learn, self directed and willing to take on new tasks as needed!

Responsibilities:

As an Industrial Laborer for Industrial Access, you will support projects that may include rigging and climbing, hydro-blasting, NDT inspections, masonry and concrete repairs, painting/coatings, insulation, welding and electrical work. As an Industrial Access employee, you will:

• Perform general labor tasks on various construction sites across the United States.
• Work alongside a team to complete projects efficiently and safely.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good condition.
• Travel to different locations for extended periods, typically 3-6 weeks at a time.

Ideal candidates will have experience with any of the following:

Work at height- tower/wind, electrical, masonry, concrete, blasting & coatings, mechanical

Required skills and experience:

• MUST be comfortable working at height and within confined spaces
• Must be competent with power tools and general maintenance work
• Good physical strength and stamina – capable of lifting/carrying up to 75lbs.
• Able to work in extreme weather conditions
• Minimum of 1 year of construction experience
• Must pass pre-employment and random drug screening
• Must pass background check
• Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and a clean MVR
