Job Summary: We have an immediate need for a Project Manager-in-Training. This is a great opportunity for a someone with experience as a construction Foreman or Site Supervisor looking for career advancement in the Industrial Construction industry. Our highly skilled teams perform duties on the ground and at height using rope access techniques. This position is 100% travel. Crews are typically mobilized for 3-6 weeks at a time and average 60-84 hours/week during deployments at client sites nationwide.
Responsibilities:
The PM in Training will work under the mentorship of a Project Manager and be responsible for a wide variety of hands-on and supervisory tasks. This position is considered a steppingstone to the Construction Project Manager role. Projects may include rigging and climbing, hydro-blasting, NDT inspections, masonry and concrete repairs, painting/coatings, insulation, welding and electrical work. As an Industrial Access PM in Training, you will:

Inspections and assessments, Welding – Structural, Painting & Coatings, Steel Fabrication, FRP Maintenance, Demolition, Electrical, Concrete, Masonry, NDT – Non-Destructive Testing, Insulation & Lagging, UAV/Drone – FAA Licensed, AWL – Aviation Warning Light Systems, LPS – Lightning Protection Systems, Scaffolding – Fixed & Suspended, Rope Access – SPRAT/IRATA, Millwright, Rigging & Hoisting, Heavy Equipment Operation, Engineering
